This policy applies to visitors to structural-forces.com. It does not apply to any other website, including sites we build or manage for our clients.
Most pages on this site run a tracking script from HighLevel, our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. It sets cookies and records general visit activity — which pages you view and which links or buttons you interact with — so we can understand how visitors use the site. You can read HighLevel's privacy policy for how it handles that data.
This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which can see that your browser requested it.
When you submit our contact form, download the lead-magnet resource, or book a call, we collect your name, email address, and phone number (if you provide one). This information is sent to and stored in HighLevel so we can follow up with you.
Our booking page uses an embedded HighLevel scheduling widget so you can pick a meeting time; it operates according to the same platform's data handling as you interact with it.
We may use tracking pixels from third-party advertising platforms to help optimize our marketing and to build custom or lookalike audiences from information you submit to us, such as a contact-form email address. We do not sell your personal information. If that ever changes, we would update this page and honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.
We keep the information you submit for as long as you're an active lead or contact, and after that so we don't keep reaching out to people who've already told us it's not a fit. If you ask us to delete it, we will — but note that this also erases our record that you asked not to be contacted, so you could end up back in our outreach later without us knowing why not to reach out. If you'd rather we just stop contacting you, let us know and we'll keep a minimal record for that purpose instead of deleting everything.

This site is intended for business visitors and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
