Most pages on this site run a third-party customer relationship management (CRM) platform's tracking script. It records general visit activity, such as which pages you view and which links or buttons you interact with, so we can understand how visitors use the site.
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and phone number (if you provide one). This information is sent to and stored in a third-party CRM platform so we can follow up with you.
Our booking page uses an embedded third-party scheduling widget so you can pick a meeting time. That widget is provided by the same category of third-party platform and operates according to its own data handling as you interact with it.
The Pipeline Self-Audit calculator runs entirely in your browser. Whatever you enter into it is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and it is not stored anywhere — it exists only on your screen for as long as the page is open.
We do not currently run any advertising pixels on this site. We may, now or in the future, use third-party advertising platforms for pixel-based tracking and to build custom or lookalike audiences from information you submit to us, such as a contact-form email address.
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate business purposes.
